  1. Population and dissenters: The number of Families containd within ye Parish are Sixty Five, whereof, Forty of them consist but of very small, poor Families: No Dissenters of any Denomination whatever within ye said Parish, nor meeting House.

  2. Public or charity schools: No publick or Charity <School> endowed or otherwise maintaind in ye parish, unless it be a reading School by Two poor women.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No Alms-house, Hospital, or other Charitable Endowment in ye parish: no Lands or Tenements left for ye Repair of ye Church or other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do reside personally upon my Cure and in my parsonage House.

  5. Curate: I have no residing Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: No.

  7. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service twice every Lords day with a Sermon. Forenoon and Afternoon, and on such days are enjoynd by Royal Authority &c.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of ye Lords Supper is administred Two Lords days following Four times a year, viz, at Christmas, Easter, Whitsunday, and Michaelmas.

  9. Number of communicants: There are in my Parish more than Fifty communicants, whereof about Thirty of them usually receive. The number of them that communicated last Easter were about Forty.

  10. Catechising of children: The children are begun in ye year to be catechised in my church soon after Trinity Sunday, and so continued every Lords day, til I have run through every Family in ye parish and as for ye children & servants yt are sent unto me, yey are instructed by me yr in.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No Chapel within my parish nor any appertaining thereunto.
